Leather Love

I have a serious love affair with leather. There I said it. Im so sorry to all my friends who are vegan, and to all who love animals….I do too! But I love leather. I just cant help it :(

There’s nothing like wearing a fitted pair of leather gloves, or a great leather boot to make my heart swoon. What’s even better is the mixing and matching of different leather textures and colours to complete an ensemble.

And unlike many other fabrics I own, leather seems to be one that I will hang on to for better or worse.

Falling in Love with Layers

This fall season, I’m all about layers. I’m not going to lie; at one point layering scared me. I was afraid that too many layers would make an outfit look too bulky and there are times where I felt like a marshmallow (round and shapeless). That is, until I figured out how to. My favourite combos are layering a thin sweater under a blazer, and pairing it with a patterned scarf and adding other embellishments like gloves and sparkly jewelry.
