Smooth Operator

Many things get lost in translation or in other subtleties like trying to read a pair of lips across a crowded room. It’s like playing a game of broken telephone and missing the not only the gist, but hearing something completely and utterly different from the initial message. Smooth operators are all around…just make sure the connection is clear.

Late Nights & Early Mornings

Every once in a while life tests our patience, perseverance, and power to overcome. These important lessons are what make us learn and grow and become the best possible versions of ourselves rather than bitter or jaded. All those late nights and early mornings working on the blog, comes back to one thing. No matter how lost I get in the day to day grind, I find myself over and over through the pages, pictures and experiences I get to share with you. Sometimes we have to lose ourselves to truly appreciate and love what matters the most!

Chips? Yes Please!

I have a serious case of munchies pretty much at the 2 or 3 PM mark. Usually a handful of Tamari flavoured almonds tide me over until my meal at 5 PM.

But some days you just need a change. I found this recipe (Ah-Mazing!) on a new blog find! Vanilla Bean Lean
I couldnt believe how tasty and wonderful these turned out! and I swear it really is egg whites! AND they actually taste like chips and satisfy that crunchy salty tooth.

All you need:
1: Egg whites
2: smidgen of water
3: add spices (I used Garlic salt and pepper like VBLean)
4. I baked at 350 until golden brown & crispy. and I did not turn them....(maybe 5 to 10 minutes?)

Mix all of the ingredients together, put a thin layer at the bottom of muffin pans, bake and enjoy! Best guilt free snack ever!

TRY IT!
